Shipping & Processing Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on location.
    • Estimated Shipping: 30 to 60 days
  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Free Shipping is offered for all orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • Shipping to PO Box addresses is not available.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order through [https://www.17track.net/en] or directly via the carrier's website.

Freight Shipping (High Power Lithium Batteries)

  • If your selected product is in stock, it will be shipped immediately. If it is not in stock, manufacturing and preparation could take up to 20 days.
  • Once your order is ready and packed, it will be shipped via sea on a container ship. The package will arrive at the port and go through customs. After customs clearance, a trucking company will be booked for final delivery. The trucking company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Please note that a tracking number will only be provided after the package arrives at the port and the truck delivery has been scheduled.
  • Free shipping includes all costs, including customs clearance and truck delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage for assistance.

Address & Order Modifications

  • Ensure your shipping address and phone number is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
  • Ensure you provide a valid phone number and keep it accessible for scheduling purposes.
  • Address change requests cannot be guaranteed after the order is submitted.
