Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be undamaged, unused, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return. Products are not eligible for refunds after the 30-day period.

Warranty Limitations

• Our warranty does not cover products that are physically damaged or not in normal operating condition due to misuse, improper installation, or other buyer-related issues.

Return Process

• Contact us to obtain the correct return address before returning any products.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover postage for replacement items.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days.
